We deliver tailor made lunch menus for you and your colleagues to enjoy. Tasty dishes packed with nutrients to ensure the afternoon will then become a time for creative and enthusiastic work instead of a siesta after a sugar and carbohydrate overload.
We know clients want to enjoy their lunch hence our tasty wraps and squidgy brownies. We just decide not to cook: we prepare raw dishes that are both sugar and free from added fats/unnatural oils/fats. Madafu salads are unlike any other and we promise you will not be bored by healthy eating, in fact you may not realise that you are eating so well.

MENU
LUNCH TIME WRAPS

Choose from a selection of 3 different wraps. Plain flax and courgette, olive or sundried tomato. filled with a variety of salads and spreads. The wraps are dehydrated and the spreads are raw.
MEDITERRANEAN CRACKERS

These are made from ground flax, pumpkin, sunflower and hemp seeds which contain more omega-3 fatty acids than fish oil, blended with herbs and vegetables, then dehydrated. Extremely morerish and tasty. Keep them in the car or your bag to snack on instead of crisps or serve them with your favourite dip.
ROASTED VEGETABLES AND AVOCADO SALAD

A variety of green leaves and dyhydrated vegetables mixed with mashed avocado , topped with spaghetti carrots and cucumber and,optionally, sprinkled with seeds for that extra energy and protein boost.
MEDITERRANEAN SALAD WITH RAW VEGETARIAN MEATBALLS

These meatballs have all the flavour of the typical Greek Cypriot meatballs but the meat is replaced by raw sweet potato mixed with pecan nuts to give it the meat texture , blended with herbs then dehydrated. They are served with a salad of leaves, coriander and olives.
MADAFU APPLE AND FIG COOKIES

These are great to grab on the run or have for breakfast if you are in a hurry. There are just three ingredients; ground blended and stacked with dehydrated apple and topped with fresh fig, when available.
MADAFU SALAD

Soft, young white coconut meat and papaya are the main ingredients in this fruit salad. With added chilli, coriander and lime garnished with pomegranate it has a fresh, clean and sharp flavour.
